What is Micro-Current Stimulation?
Micro-Current Stimulation Therapy is a
new form of electric medicine used to naturally and safely stimulate the
skin and muscles with subtle subsensory levels of electric currents which
in turn "cues" Mother Nature to react with cell growth, renewal and healing.
This microcurrent has the ability to relieve pain, increase the rate of
wound healing, increase protein synthesis, stimulate the regeneration of
injured tissue, stimulate lymphatic flow and relieve myofascial trigger
points.
Unlike the old electric medicine of 100
years ago, our microcurrent machines use extremely low unites of electricity
amounting to one millionth of an amp. To give you an idea of how low a
dose of electricity that is, it would take one million times the units
of electricity in this therapy to light up a one watt light bulb. Most
light bulbs used in your home are 60 watts. So it would take sixty million
times the units of electricity to light up a standard home light bulb.

Every cell of your body needs positive

The same is true of electricity. Too much

is well charged, the car starts; the lights and all the electric accessories
work very well. When the battery is discharged, there is not enough electricity

Microcurrent applied to injured tissue
supports the natural current flow in the tissue, allowing cells in the
traumatized area to regain their capacitance, or flow of electrons. Trauma
affects the electrical potential of the damaged cells. The injured area
has a higher electrical resistance than the surrounding tissue. This decreases
electrical conductance through the injured area, and decreases cellular
capacitance, leading to impairment of the healing process and inflammation.
When this microcurrent therapy is applied, resistance is reduced, allowing
bioelectricity to flow through and reestablish normal function. This process
helps to initiate and perpetuate the many biochemical reactions that occur
in healing. In Frequency Specific Microcurrent, specific frequencies are

Micro current therapy, commonly referred
to as MENs (Micro current Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation), is extremely
small pulsating currents of electricity. These currents are finely tuned
to the level of the normal electrical exchanges which take place at the
body¹s cellular level. These currents, being more biologically compatible
than any other electrical stimulation device, have the ability to penetrate
the cell?as opposed to passing over the cell as other stimulation devices
do. It works on Arndt?Schultz Law which states that: "Weak stimuli increase

This subsensory current normalizes the
